BASIC TERMS OF SALE

1) For the best chance at future good health, kittens will be released at between 10-12 weeks.ALL kittens sold as PETS will be spayed/neutered before being placed!!
2)There is a "No Declawing Allowed" clause in ALL kitten contracts.
3) The kitten will be vet-checked and come to you with a written health statement, age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal exam clear of any parasites including protozoa, FIV/Feline Leukemia Negative, and Written Genetic Health Guarantee.

SHIPPING: You are invited to come to the cottage to pick up your kitten. However, sometimes that is not an option and the kitten must be shipped. Therefore, in an effort to eliminate stress, your kitten will be escorted and tended to through the entire trip (flying in the cabin as opposed to cargo) and placed into your waiting arms by our private pet courier .Our courier is very experienced in escorting pets on domestic as well as international flights. The ALL-INCLUSIVE charge for transporting your kitten in this manner nationally ranges from $325 to $450, depending on destination. International rates are, of course, higher. This is paid by the kitten purchaser and we must receive payment for the service before your kitten is shipped.

Pets- Males: $650 and up - Females: $675 and up
Show- $800 and up
Breeder- contact for price/availability

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: A deposit of $150.00 for Pet and $200.00 for Show/Breeder kittens is expected in order to hold your kitten. This pays for the vetting, vaccinations, wormings, etc of your kitten and assures me that you have seriously considered the commitment of adding a new member to your family. The deposit will ONLY be refunded if an unforeseen health problem arises and your chosen kitten is no longer available!! You will be given the option of receiving your deposit back or choosing a kitten of equal quality from a future litter. Adoptee's who have submitted deposits will be allowed to choose a kitten in the order which the deposits were received.

BREEDER/SHOW PROSPECTS: I do have a waiting list of clients looking for breeder/show kittens. Therefore, if a kitten from a litter is showing potential as a future show or breeding prospect, said kitten may be excluded from the pet-quality buyers' choice pool until it has further developed. I do not simply pick the largest of the kittens at birth and sell them as "breeders", but wait to see what they become when their TRUE POTENTIAL becomes clearer. Even then, I seek the opinion of a very well seasoned and highly respected breeder of champions before I declare them as such. No, I cannot guarantee you a future champion, but I do promise to sell ONLY my best as breeder/show quality and to evaluate them honestly.
